At Mitodo, we believe every animal deserves to be well cared for: fed, safe, comfortable and loved. The shelters, rescuers, fosterers and community feeders who make that happen are everyday heroes, and every hero needs a sidekick. Batman has Robin, Wallace has Gromit, and we'd love to be yours.
Standing behind them is part of who we are, which is why our door is always open to requests for help. If you're caring for animals in need, as an organisation or on your own, we'd love to hear from you.

How we can help
Depending on what's needed, this could include:
- Donating Mitodo Kumo beds, Sora stairs or spare covers to shelters, fosterers and senior or recovering animals
- Donating other supplies or goods
- Supporting adoption drives, fundraisers and community events
- Sharing your appeals with our community

We read every message and will get back to you to discuss how we can help.
We give priority to the most urgent cases, such as animals in rescue, recovery or shelter care. We may not be able to help with every request, but we'll always do our best.
For new pawrents
Adopted or fostering? Welcome to the family.
Every pawbie deserves a soft place to land, and every pawrent who opens their home to one deserves a big high-paw. We'd love to see more pawbies adopted and fostered, so if you've welcomed one home, whether last week or years ago, let us spoil them with a little something from us.
Adopt. Foster. Snuggle. Repeat.
How to redeem
- Say hello. Email us with the subject line "New Pawrent", or send us a DM on Instagram.
- Introduce your new family member. We'd love a photo of the two of you, and to hear where they came from. The shelter or rescue's name is all we need, or a snap of the adoption papers if that's easier.
- Get your codes. We'll reply within 2 working days with your personal codes.
- Share the love. When your order arrives, post a photo of your furbaby enjoying it and tag @mitodo.sg. Every happy rescue story helps another one find a home.
Terms and conditions apply
- For dogs and cats adopted or fostered in Singapore, from a shelter, rescue group or fosterer, whether they came home last week or years ago.
- We may check in with the shelter or rescue to confirm the adoption.
- One set of codes per household. Each code can be used once, within 30 days of us sending it.
- Each code works on its own, so use your Originals code and your Picks code in separate orders. They can't be combined with other discount codes, but they do work with our deals, such as add-ons.
- Within 14 days of receiving your order, please share a public post or story of your furbaby with their new things on Instagram or Facebook, tagging @mitodo.sg. We may reshare it, with credit to you.
